Facing a labor shortage, the Associated General Contractors turned to Quinn Thomas to help reimagine their construction workforce development and recruitment campaign, Build Oregon. After conducting deep audience research, we launched a full rebrand with a mobile-first campaign that authentically spoke to the next generation of skilled workers. The result: a bold new platform that makes trade careers more visible, accessible, and inspiring.
