Facing a labor shortage, the Associated General Contractors turned to Quinn Thomas to help reimagine their construction workforce development and recruitment campaign, Build Oregon. After conducting deep audience research, we launched a full rebrand with a mobile-first campaign that authentically spoke to the next generation of skilled workers. To share how important Business Oregon’s grants are to job creation, we crafted a campaign that introduced reporters to entrepreneurs in their region, resulting in digital news stories around the state that showcased hyperlocal impact on jobs and small business spending, attracting out-of-state investment.
