Pioneer Square Works is a pro bono marketing program created by Quinn Thomas to support Pioneer Square small businesses through partnership, creativity, and community. We bring together local businesses with experienced strategists, creatives, and communicators to solve real marketing challenges, resulting in professionally developed campaigns designed to work in the real world, not just look good on a screen.

Quinn Thomas has called Pioneer Square home since we first opened a Seattle office in 2013. We’ve had a front-row seat to the growth and resilience of this historic neighborhood, and believe there are many amazing stories to be told from the perspective of small businesses that are contributing to a thriving community.

Eligible partners are independent small businesses or nonprofits physically located in Pioneer Square, Seattle. Most have limited marketing resources, no agency support, and a commitment to the Pioneer Square community.

Partners are selected based on fit, readiness, and the opportunity to create meaningful community‑based marketing work.

Support may include marketing strategy, brand and messaging development, creative execution, and public relations support when appropriate. Each engagement is intentionally scoped and designed for real‑world use.
