Reducing Stigma, Saving Lives
Snohomish County Health Department enlisted Quinn Thomas to run a Snohomish overdose prevention awareness campaign designed to reach residents affected by a loved one’s substance use. Informed by the lived experience and insights of community partners, the second iteration of the campaign used trauma-informed messaging to highlight local recovery resources and share empathetic messages of hope. Animated social graphics with an approachable font and bold colors made the topic accessible and eye-catching, and the campaign ran in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese across Meta and programmatic channels. The results: achieved twice the anticipated impressions and drove year-over-year traffic growth to the Overdose Prevention website.
