SHIFTING PERCEPTIONS OF LONG-TERM CARE NURSING
The University of Washington Dementia and Palliative Education Network (DPEN) tapped Quinn Thomas to create a statewide nursing workforce recruitment campaign tackling misconceptions that long-term care isn’t “real” nursing. In a quick 4-week campaign, we launched targeted digital ads, social content, and an optimized careers page that reframed career opportunities in the field. The result: Higher engagement for the program.
